Shady Crest Market Story
Owners: Wilbur and LeAnn Gingerich, Tyson Gingerich
We purchased Shady Crest Market in July of 2014 from the Lonnie Yoder family. We have four children. Tyson, Kendra, Trevor, Jordan. Wilbur is employed full time at Gingerich Farms, helping out at the store during the busy season, LeAnn is a homemaker plus managing Shady Crest on a daily basis. Tyson is employed at Tri-County Welding and works seasonal at Gingerich Farms, He helps at the store with the maintenance and keeping the outdoors looking good. Kendra is serving at a Mission in Provo, Utah. Trevor and Jordan are still attending school but are good helpers at the store as well. This is a Mennonite family owned business with an excellent team of employees (from the Mennonites and Amish) helping us operate this Market in a professional friendly manner. Our goal is to serve the community and visitors with integrity and fair prices, providing the best service possible. We are always looking for the unique products to sell that you may be looking for or that you can’t find anywhere else.
